Treatment Start From : Dated:- 24.04.2004

Patient Case - 1. Master Achintya Patil
Grand Son of Justice Shiv Raj V. Patil, Judge Supreme Court
  Age -2½ Yrs.

Brief Summary of Case taking :-
Patient is unable to raise his Rt. forearm & writ movement by birth. He tends to lift Rt. forearm by the help of Lt. hand & the griping power of wrist is not there

General Examination :-
  - Temprature of Rt upper limb is sub normal.
  - Radial Artery - Pulse - normally felt
  - Ulnar Artery - Pulse - normally felt.
  - Brachial Artery - Pulse - normally felt.

H/O - Past history - During delivery (Birth of Patient) of the head, shoulder dystocia was encountered. This was managed by the help of forceps. At that time some root avulsion occurs into C5 to C6 inter vertebral foramen on right side. This nerve root sleeve projecting outfrom C5-C6 place an important role in the movement of Rt forearm & wrist. This past history of the patient is according to the MRI report of 21/08/2002 attached to this case paper.

Date 19.10.2004 present position of the patient according to the MRI report dt. 18.10.2004 attached by this case paper.

Our Views :- According to the latest MRI (18.10.2004) report we must say that there is marked changes in terms of re-activation, re-generating of nerve root, on particularly C5-C6 distal part (it means away from the centre). MRI report says that the distal part of the exiting nerve root is better appreciated (it means in compare to the last MRI dated 21.08.2002 there is the progress of nerves root on the distal part of C5-C6. This is the good sign & gradually the nerves apporach to the centre. Functionally if we see the movemet, gripness of wrist &
handling object is more perfect since Electropathy Treatment.

Our Advise :- To continue the treatment with more better formula (combiation & power of medicine) may hope to recover gradually.
